What is the minimum order to receive free delivery?
If your order is above $70, delivery is free (local only).
When will my order be delivered?
Products will be sent immediately upon order confirmation.

Usually, delivery will be made within 7 working days.

I have not received my item. Please resend my item.
If you have not received the products within 10 days from the shipping date, please contact us immediately.

Ecogreenfarms can offer a resolution for customers whose items were lost during delivery.

What can I do if I received a damaged item?
We are sorry to hear that you have received a damaged item.

What happens if the item that I order is Out-of-Stock?
We will inform you by email.
What if I am not around when you delivered my order?
If there is no one at home at the time of delivery, deliveryman will inform you to arrange for a 2nd attempt delivery.

For wrong address and undelivered parcel, a second delivery fee will be charged again for re-delivery.
